Frequently Asked Questions - Equipment

DO I NEED A LARGE TRAILER FOR YOUR EQUIPMENT?

Our equipment can be brought to the jobsite in a van, truck, small or large trailer. We can help you with whatever feel fits your applications and budget.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

We have 3rd party financing companies that are familiar with the equipment and usually can get you approved in a few days.

HOW MUCH DOES A SYSTEM COST?

Like everything today, there are options. On average most systems run $18,000 to $32,000.

WHAT SIZE PIPE CAN YOU LINE WITH A QUIK-SHOT GUN?

The Quik-Shot is capable of lining 3" to 8" pipe. Systems come with everything needed for 4" to 6" pipe. Nozzle kits are sold separately for 3" and 8".

DO YOU SELL USED EQUIPMENT?

Yes, we occasionally have trade-in tank systems and demo units for sale.

DO YOU OFFER TRAINING?

Yes, both shop and job site training. We want you to be proficient and will continue advising you for as long as you need.

DO I NEED TO HEAT CURE THE LINER?

No but it is recommended. A boiler system speeds up the curing time greatly and ensures curing in unknown pipe temperatures.

WHY DO I NEED A CALIBRATION ROLLER AND VACUUM PUMP? OTHERS USE A FLOOR ROLLER.

The calibration roller ensures the appropriate amount of resin is saturated correctly. This along with a vacuum will save you money, give you a better product and are required by ASTM guidelines.

SHOULD I BUY A TANK INVERSION SYSTEM OR GUN INVERSION SYSTEM?

We supply material to contractors using most of the systems out there so we are quite familiar with the different equipment. Honestly, all of them are able to line pipe and with experience they become easier to use. Some have limitations as far as length they can shoot, size & weight, amount of people needed and expense. We promote the gun type (Quik-Shot) as it is simple in design, shoots unlimited lengths of 3" to 8" liner, can be operated by two people, portable and affordable.

HOW FAST CAN I GET A SYSTEM?

Delivery on a new system is usually 1-2 weeks.
